„My kids and I had the BEST time staying in this adorable farmhouse. We spent time outside on the porch swing and chair, the fire pit out back, and playing the games provided by the family. We didn't touch our electronic devices once! Our favorite part was eating breakfast every morning at the kitchen table and looking out the window at the scenery. The fruit and snacks provided by the family from their farm was the perfect touch. We will definitely be back here again, hopefully in the fall! WELL ...

Relaxing for sure. Our VRBO stay was better than expected. Great beds. Comfortable, lots of pillows, clean and charming. Michael, the caretaker went way out of his way to help us. „Charming home. You can feel the history in the house and on the entire property. Sitting on the porch in the evening and just watching the fireflies come out, the deer passing through, and hearing the wild turkeys above us, so serene. We spent the days touring Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry taking in all the history and then returned home and we would think about thr history that took place here. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and where you can unwind but still be close to everything ...

We took full advantage of the fully equiped home and and kitchen and never left after our arrival as we ate meals in the garden and dinner in the dining room.
