„Nice, bright, and airy studio. Great location one block off the main drag downtown ( one block from the Table Mountain Inn). Quiet and has dedicated parking. It IS up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Has a washer and dryer and dishwasher if needed. Only one minor quibble: could use a full length mirror. “

„My daughter and I stayed here and it was fantastic. Easy check in process and plenty of room for more than 2. A bottle of wine, bowl of fruit, cheese, crackers, and other goodies/snacks awaited us. That was so awesome and not expected. 2 bedrooms with power strips so no issues with plugging in laptops, phone charges, etc. Place was clean and really had a ‘fell like home vibe’. „We spent 4 nights in this lovely little spot, walking distance from the heart of downtown golden. The apartment was perfect for two people, very well appointed, and Betty was helpful and communicative with any and all questions we had, as she is right on the property. There is a lovely back patio with views to the Miner's "M" on the hillside, and we enjoyed watching the paragliders. Check In process was a breeze, as was check out.
