Sundial By The Beach - is Dog Friendly! This home is just a quick walk to the beach access, and can accommodate a large family.  Enjoy the spacious, open floor plan, multiple outdoor living spaces, a screened porch and fenced back yard. Sundial by the Beach is ideal for your vacation at Litchfield Beach.  

The main floor has a spacious great room with large TV, dining area with table that seats 8 comfortably, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and the laundry room. The great room opens to a large screened porch where you can relax, feel the breeze and listen to the ocean waves.  There is a table on the porch that seats 4, for outdoor dining, and afternoon snacks. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped, including a gas stove for the gourmet cooks in your family. 

Upstairs, there is a loft overlooking the great room below. The loft has a game table and a there is a desk for your laptop.  There are 4 bedrooms on this floor, and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. 

Parking: There are 2 parking bays with garage doors in the carport. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute. Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.  Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.


CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
