this hotel was absolutely horrible. Right after check out they send you to a separate desk to "pick up your parking pass" , but instead its a pressure sales pitch to join a 90 minute presentation to sell you time shares for the hotel. Then the rooms are all connected by a joining doors so you can hear every one else like they are in the room with you. The rooms are directly above huge fans that make insane noise. The rooms are crapped and don't even offer a table to work or to sit and eat. The tv barely works as the reception is in and out. Additionally the bathroom door wouldn't even close nor did the bathroom even have a fan. The breakfast they advertise does not exist. There is one restaurant that is a grill and the service was beyond terrible. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to be miserable.

We loved the location and the property was very clean. The shower door was missing the magnetic piece to keep the door closed during our showers. The furniture could be updated or reupholstered. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Wenn man sich eine Unterkunft am Meer aussucht, ist es nicht gerade prickelnd 800 Meter weit entfernt vom Meer in einer Suite zu sein. Das Empfangspersonal war so etwas von Unfreundlich. Dafür war der Check out sehr angenehm. ⁸

As I thought I was booking a resort and the accommodations of a resort this was a modified hotel. The staff was great. The pool was filthy cigarette butts popcorn. The room was so small. It said it had a living room room. It did not had the bare minimal when you would call for something like more towels or toilet paper. It took hours to get the elevators were so stagnant no circulation of air always garbage in them took forever the laundry accommodations were not what I expected. I thought we had washer and dryer in the unit as most resorts do you had three washers that were working and four dryers for two towers of 14 floors crazy absolutely crazy I would never ever ever book here again.
