The unit also includes a beautiful new, modern kitchen with all new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, ocean views, and a new coffee and wine bar with a Keurig coffee maker and wine chiller. There is seating for 6 at the dining table, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The unit features a new full-sized washer and dryer.

Elevator service to all floors, as well as luggage carts are available. There is an assigned covered parking space and a storage unit to meet all your beach equipment needs. A queen size air mattress can accommodate two additional guests (bring your own linens). A folding highchair and pack-n-play are also provided.

The master retreat has a king bed, sliding door to balcony with direct ocean views, along with a 50” Smart TV. The master bathroom features a new luxury walk in shower and two vanities. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private bath. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds, Smart TV, and private bath.

This condo has a reserved parking space underneath the building, and a storage closet for beach gear in the garage area. The ground floor lobby at Cambridge has two elevators that service all floors. Enjoy all the amenities at Somerset - Pools, Hot Tubs, Ramped Beach access, and Litchfield by the Sea - Tennis and pickleball Courts, Beach Showers, Jogging Paths, Fishing Lakes, and Marsh Overlook with Floating Dock and more!

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
