The condo is end of unit with a view of a gorgeous fountain through the dining room window. It stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it perfect year-round. The unit has two bedrooms, each of which has two queen beds, as well as a double sleeper sofa bed in the living area, two full bathrooms, including a large soaking tub and double sink vanity in the master bath. A washer and dryer is also in the unit for your convenience. There is reserved parking for one vehicle under the building, and ample parking in the adjacent lot for additional vehicles. The unit is accessible by elevator. This condo has been recently updated with new granite countertops, plantation shutters, new flooring, freshly painted, new water heater, as well as updated furnishings. Rental comes with fresh linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. We ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

As a guest, you will have access to some of the exclusive amentities at Litchfield by the Sea, one of the area's most desirable communities. Oceanfront Beach Club is located approx 1/2 mile from the condo and there is an abundance of free parking. it is also an easy, scenic walk. In season, an open air shuttle can take you to the beach club and runs every 20 minutes. The large oceanfront deck has lounge chairs, rocking chairs, tables, plenty of shade, clean restrooms and showers. It is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or read a book, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Guests will have access to a large pool plaza, which features a mini water park with a lazy river, rotating buckets and a silly submarine, a playground, hot tubs, and a bar which is open in season. There are cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and televisions which can be rented for a full or half day.

Other amenities include lighted tennis and pickleball courts, on-site restaurant (Coastal Dish), The Deck tiki bar with live music during summer season, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe, on site Starbucks, fitness center and indoor pool, fishing and crabbing docks, and miles of walking and bike paths (bike rentals available).

The unit, Seaside Inn Unit 109, is available for two night minimum stays and including monthly rentals.
