House Rules - Keep It Chill
We want everyone to have an amazing, relaxing time while keeping things cool for all our guests. Here's what you need to know:

Smoke-Free Vibes
This is a completely smoke-free property - inside and on balconies. We love fresh ocean air and want to keep it that way! If smoking occurs, there's a 5,000 baht cleaning fee to restore that fresh vibe.

Electricity - Fair & Simple
Your stay includes power for all the essentials:
5-day stays: 300 units included
1-week stays: 500 units included
1-month stays: 1,000 units included
If you go over (think lots of AC on full blast), it's just 7 baht per extra unit. We'll let you know if you're getting close!

Furry Friends Welcome!
We love pets and know they're family! Here's how to make it work for everyone:
Pet Fees (Fair & Straightforward)
Small pets under 5kg: 300 baht per night
Medium pets 5-10kg: 400 baht per night

Pet Guidelines (Keep It Cool for Everyone)
The Basics:
- One pet per booking, please
- Only cats and small dogs up to 10kg
- Always give us a heads up when booking

Around the Property:
- Keep your buddy on a leash in common areas (safety first!)
- Pool, gym, and sauna areas are human-only zones
- Clean up after your pet right away - nobody wants surprises

Being a Good Neighbor:
- Pick up any messes immediately
- Keep noise levels chill (we know some dogs get excited!)
- If there's any damage or cleaning needed, we'll work it out fairly
