„Beautiful property, everything was very clean. Service was great. Very friendly people. It's close to everything but the downside is that means lots of traffic. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the parking if you have a rental. You can't self park but they have free valet service. You just have to make sure you don't forget anything in your car. Other than that, it was a great stay.“

„Adoro was a magnificent environment and just beautiful. Great location and walking distance to major city attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. „Great little hotel in Merida. Well located, a little walk from the plaza Grande. Leo the owner, is welcoming and very accomodating. He generously gives you tips on activities and restaurants. The place itself is nice, well decorated. My room was of regular size, with a nice shower. It was very clean and quiet, as it was quite far from the street. „An oasis of tranquility in Merida. The hotel is a beautiful and sympathetically restored colonial building, both in the common areas an in the guest rooms. My room was very luxurious and spacious. „We enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water bottles came in handy. Complimentary continental breakfast was provided but we opted for trying out the numerous restaurant options around. The location is perfectly situated to explore the town. „We stayed 3 nights in Zamna in Merida, and it is really a nice hotel. WIth just a couple of rooms available, it feels very personal. The breakfast is basic, but great. The pool is clean. And the rooms have a really nice touch. The location is not directly in the center center, but there are bars and restaurants close by, and everything is ver close and walkable from there. We would totally stay there again, and it has been one of the best place during our travels.“

„Die Dusche war wirklich sehr alt. Überall Kalkreste und wirklich warm wurde die Dusche leider auch nicht. Ansonsten war das Zimmer gut. Es ist zwar sehr alt und dementsprechend sind auch mal die Fliesen oder die Möbel etwas kaputt, aber es hat seinen Charme. Die Lage ist perfekt! “

schönes Haus, kein WiFi

"Erstes Zimmer dunkel, etwas muffig, nicht einladend (im alten Teil des Hotels). WiFi auf den Etagen kaputt. Wifi nur in der Lobby und im Restaurant. Man versprach mir für den nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer, mit besserem Empfang. Neues Zimmer sehr gut (im neuen Teil), aber kein Wifi. Als Kompensation bekam ich kostenloses Frühstück (einfach und mittelmässig) Das Personal war hilfsbereit, aber hatte keine Lösungen.Ist wohl eine Sache des Managements. So blieb nur die Lobby für Internet und WhatsApp - immerhin kam dort die Hotelkatze, um Trost zu spenden, und viele Mosquitos, aber die hatten andere Intentionen ..."
