„The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.“

„They were experiencing mechanical issues when I arrived, and said they had no hot water thru out the hotel. They said they would cancel my reservation due to this, which they didn't and I have been charged. I have had a hell of a time contacting customer service, and keep getting hung up on before I even get a chance to speak with anyone. I need to be refunded asap!“

„Wir waren für drei Tage in Rochester. Ausflugsziele waren die Niagara Fälle, Lake Ontario und das Outletcenter Waterloo - alle drei Orte sind innerhalb von ca. 90min zu erreichen. Rochester selber ist nicht erwähnenswert, dafür das Hotel. Von A bis Z war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Hotel. Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind hervorzuheben. Wir können das Hotel für eine oder auch mehrer Nächte empfehlen.“

„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...
