„Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks“

„A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!“

„Terrific location. Very helpful staff. Would stay again.“

„Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy, idealna cisza, zabytkowy budynek. Teren przy hotelu zaniedbany, wysoka trawa w ogrodzie i ogólnie chaotycznie. A mogło być pięknie. Pokoje duże i czyste. Kołdra bez poszewki, jest to mało chigieniczne rozwiązanie. W pokoju panuje cisza. Możliwość ustawienia dowolnej temperatury ogrzewania. Śniadania jadłem dwa razy. Bardzo słabe. Gotowane jajko tylko jeden raz. Naprawde stary, suchy chleb. Dobre soki i kawa. ...

„Lovely place in the old town“

„Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by.“

„Wonderful location. Beautiful quaint room with a loft. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Stefano the host for the welcome, service and assistance. Highly recommended!“
