"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping and hygiene standards during our stay. For the first two days, our room was not cleaned at all. Basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton buds, and cotton pads were completely missing. We were three guests, but only two cups and two glasses were provided. Despite reporting for two days that they had not been replaced, the situation was not properly resolved. What shocked us most was that a housekeeping staff member went into the bathroom of the room next door, rinsed glasses by hand in the sink, and brought them back to us. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, when we reported these issues, the housekeeping staff member who came to our room was chewing gum and behaved in a very rude and aggressive manner. We found this attitude extremely unprofessional. However, I would especially like to point out that the reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They listened to our concerns and did their best to assist us. Our complaint is absolutely not directed at them, and we truly appreciate their kindness and support. Unfortunately, the lack of cleaning, missing amenities, unacceptable hygiene practices, and the attitude of the housekeeping staff had a very negative impact on our stay. We hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and ensures that such situations do not happen again."

"Leider wurden wir einem anderen Zimmer zugeordnet als das was wir gebucht hatten. Nachdem wir dies angesprochen haben konnten wir nach einer Nacht im „falschen“ Zimmer, das Zimmer wechseln. Wir hatten extrem laute Nachbarn, die Zimmer sind hellhörig, ich musste deshalb zwei mal die Rezeption mitten in der Nacht anrufen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht zu helfen. Die Lage ist super, Metro und Stadt direkt vor der Tür. Leider waren im ersten Zimmer Haare in der Dusche."

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Moxy Barcelona. Das Ambiente ist wirklich toll, das Hotel ist super stylisch und modern eingerichtet und besonders der Rooftop-Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Essen war top und die Lage fanden wir super – rund um das Hotel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten und mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 13–16 Minuten an der La Rambla. Wichtig für Familien mit Baby: Wir würden das Hotel mit Baby eher nicht empfehlen. Am Wochenende findet abends auf der Rooftop-Terrasse eine Party statt. Für junge Leute ist das bestimmt mega cool, allerdings kann es dadurch abends und nachts ziemlich laut sein – mit einem Baby war das für uns leider nicht ideal. Auch beim Service gab es leider einen Punkt, der uns enttäuscht hat. Wir hatten bereits vor unserer Ankunft geschrieben, dass wir aufgrund abgepumpter Muttermilch einen Kühlschrank bzw. eine Möglichkeit zur Kühlung benötigen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft nichts im Zimmer. Wir haben es anschließend noch zweimal angesprochen und darum gebeten, aber leider kam trotzdem nichts. Außerdem war der Boden im Zimmer leider nicht besonders sauber. Das haben wir vor allem daran gemerkt, dass die Socken, die wir im Zimmer getragen haben, danach komplett schwarz waren. Daher würden wir empfehlen, lieber Hausschuhe im Zimmer zu tragen. Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, modern und stylisch"

"Die Sonnenterrasse ist eine schöne Alternative, wenn einem nicht nach Strand ist. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Laken nicht täglich gewechselt wurden. Das Bad war täglich sehr sauber, die Putzkräfte, das Maintenance Team und die Personen an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich, stets bemüht einen zu helfen. Die Lage ist prima, wir waren fast ausschließlich zu Fuß unterwegs und konnten gut shoppen, essen und an den Strand."
