„The facility was nice with lots to do. The staff were very helpful. a couple things that we didn't like were the facility is old, and the air conditioner was pretty loud. Also, when we came in our room one day the cleaning lady was using the bathroom sitting on the toilet when I opened the door.“

„Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If ...

„Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol“
