„It was obvious that my bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. There was still urine spots on the toilet and it selles like urinere in the whole room. Had to clean the toilet before I was able to use it. Not a good feeling. I told them the next morning and it was taken care of. The bedsheets were clean at least. Some staff was friendly some not so much. I don't understand the good reviews. “
