Other Things to Note:

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.



🏊POOL HEATING & MAINTENANCE

-Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us 48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service.

- The jacuzzi can be heated to 104 degrees free of charge.

- Please note: the pool heater and the jacuzzi heater cannot be on at the same time.

- Our pool cleaner will visit the property every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. Please be aware that these visits are essential to maintaining the quality of the pool and will take place without prior notice to the guests.



🚗 PARKING

On-site parking for 2 cars and street parking free of charge.



☔ SECURITY

- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are a danger to our guests.



🌴CITY OF P.S. REGULATIONS

- As per the regulations of the city of Palm Springs, all tourists staying in vacation rentals must be registered. To comply with this requirement, a signed lease agreement and a government-issued ID (such as a driver's license or passport) must be presented after the reservation confirmation and before arrival. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

-Provide the first and last name of every guest before arrival at the villa, as required by Palm Springs law.

-Respect the community and local rules by avoiding music and loud noises at any time. There are noise detectors in the living room and patio to measure and detect excessive noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, following city rules.



🔑BOOKING & ARRIVAL/CHECK OUT INFO/PACKAGES

- Read and understand our cancellation policy, which can be found at the bottom of the listing. Refund amounts are determined by this policy.

- Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. For the best experience, we require check-ins to be during these hours, as our team is available to assist you. Check-ins outside of these hours will not be authorized.

- Contact us to request an early check-in or late check-out, and we will check availability. Please note that these requests cannot be guaranteed, and there may be an extra charge.

- Packages cannot be delivered before check-in/arrival. The host is not responsible for any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

-Ensure you have added the correct number of guests to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests will not be authorized.
