Conveniently located near Palm Springs Airport, this property boast a total of 3 bedrooms to ensure you get a great night's rest and 2 bathrooms (a main bathroom with a tub/shower and one with a rain shower).

Backyard – Completely remodeled pool/spa with the pebble-tech finish, led lights, and waterfall feature. Four pool lounges with umbrellas and side tables and a hammock under the grapefruit tree. Fully fenced, private, and secured. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the backyard as well for your usage. Charcoal & lighter fluid is not usually provided, although there may be some left over from previous guest.

Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster and so much more! Enjoy your meals on the kitchen island, the dining table, or the outside patio.

Other amenities – The home has a smart thermostat controlling central air conditioning and heating system. Free secure high-speed wireless internet. Smart front door lock makes it convenient and easy to check in/out.
Other things to note
POOL HEATING:
Spa-only heating is included in the nightly rate. If you prefer the pool heated (to approx. 83 degrees) for an extra fee of $100/night ($40/night Apr-Sep). This charge represents the actual cost to heat the pool; this is not an upcharge we profit from. We must receive payment beforehand as it takes 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature. You can send your payment to us on VRBO.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
We want our guests to always have the best experience, which is why our pool cleaner will visit on Tuesday and Friday between 10:00AM-4:00PM, and the gardeners will visit Wednesdays. The property is accessed by these providers without notice to the guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:
If you wish to request an early check-in/late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/late check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an added fee.

Other things to note:
-We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is one security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording the entrances and exits of the property 24/7.

-Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price, other overnight guests won’t be authorized.

-The first and last name of every guest must be provided to the host before arrival as required by Palm Springs law.

-No more than 2 cars may be parked on the driveway (The City is very strict and a fine can be given). + Free Street Parking.

-Loud music and noises are not allowed outside at any time. And there is a quiet time policy from 10PM to 10AM. We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, this is why we have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio.

-Please be sure you understand the strict cancellation policy BEFORE booking. We only offer the refund amount determined by the strict cancellation policy. If you experience extenuating circumstances VRBO' spolicy will apply but you must state your case to VRBO directly.

-Deliveries: If you need to program a delivery during your stay, please note that authorization is required. We'll be happy to assist you with the correct delivery programming. Deliveries scheduled before the guest's arrival are not allowed. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
