INDOORS
This is it! Spectacular, impeccably updated open floor plan. This condo boasts two main suites, with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island with a range. Newly updated ceiling fans and plenty of natural light illuminate the spacious floorplan. The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, including an air fryer, has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! The open living area has a leather power reclining couch, 65in. The community pool and hot tub are just steps away and are open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
