„This unit was just wonderful. Very clean, smelled good, soft sheets, and nice towels (plenty). You had your own private patio, there were chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The beach is right across the street, but it was difficult to climb down to the beach, and would be difficult for an older person. It was very private and not many people were around. „The unit is in a very residential area that is just at the edge of what feels like a gentrifying area. The area is not by any stretch "unsafe" but it looks a little more gritty than the pictures let on. The shower is TINY. I am a 5'11" in-shape adult man and I felt crunched in the shower. When I messaged to ensure there was parking available, I got no response from the owner. „What a great place. It was so clean. Felt at home. My boys loved the garage weight room. Plenty of room for us and the pool area is amazing. It felt great to sit and have coffee in the morning to everyone having fun in the pool. Beds are comfy. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Quiet nice neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed in this place. The putting green was fun as well. “
