„Die Residenz (Wohneinheit) war für zwei Personen ausreichend und lag in der Nähe des Strandes. Zudem ist die Poolanlage großzügig bemessen. Das Gelände der Wohnanlagen ist weitläufig und gut ausgeschildert. Allerdings ist negativ und mangelhaft zu bewerten: - wenn ich ein Hotelzimmer buche und dann eine Residenz erhalte, darf ich davon ausgehen dass Handtücher auch hier inclusive sind (und nicht gegen 10 € ausgelieg´hen werden müssen) - die Mitarbeiterinnen inder Lobby sprechen lediglich ...

„J y étais pour prendre mon vol tôt le matin( 5 min a pied super pratique) Quartier pas du tout attirant. Sale et pas secu le soir. Ca roule vite sur la toute attention en traversant, quelques commerces a coté et ferlé entre 13 h et 16h Sinon la chambre propre, grande surface , balcon et tv/ internet fonctionnel Bien pour une nuit mais pas plus Ps: le fils des proprio fait les transferts gare / logement pour 15€( 5kms…)“

„As already described by other guests the exceptional beauty villa, pool and garden area is outstanding. Furthermore our host Saverio and family surprised us with so many "gifts" like Prosecco, fruits, olive oil and ice cream for the kids. „Mise à notre dispo d'une étage complet de la Villa avec entrée indépendante et tout le confort nécessaire. Piscine impéccable et une vue de la terrasse incroyable avec la mer et l'Etna côté Sicile.Notre hote a été aux petits soins avec nous avec plusieurs petites attentions comme des boissons à notre arrivée, du pain le lendemain matin et un petit cadeau de départ. When we confronted her about the aggressive noise, she responded with rudeness and a terrible attitude. The room was disgusting: the bathroom had mold, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and the entire place felt unclean and neglected. To make things worse, there was no sound isolation at all – we could hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms, making it impossible to rest. We paid 60 euros for the night, but honestly, it wasn’t worth even 30 euros. For that price, you expect basic comfort and respect – you get neither here. Avoid this place at all costs. "
