Small villa located in the Partanna Mondello area, a 20-minute walk from Mondello beach and a 25-minute walk from Mondello square. The area is full of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.



The accommodation is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and television and an open-plan kitchen complete with all accessories. There is also a bathroom on the same floor. This area leads to the patio, equipped with a charcoal barbecue and furnished for outdoor dining. Stairs lead to the lower floor, where there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a queen-size bed. There is another bathroom on this floor.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower.
