„Wir waren mit 5 Familien in dem Haus, insgesamt 21 Personen. Jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Bad, die Schlafräume sind alle klimatisiert. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick. Alles war sehr sauber, Probleme mit Toiletten oder der Klimaanlage wurden noch am selben Tag behoben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. “

Zudem ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für traumhafte Wanderungen auf den Monte Subasio, entlang eines römischen Aquädukts durch die Olivenhainen, zu romantischen Bergdörfern. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit seinem netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter sehr empfehlen.“

„lovely place with beautiful garden and very special great view in the countryside. Very good personal recommendations by the landlord and great to have a washing machine.We stayed in the mansarde, which was nice - just be prepared that the bathroom is not high, so a tall person cannot stay. However all other things compensated this fully! I will definetely recommend it to friends!“

„Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. You could call up the related resort on the landline at anytime if you were missing anything and they were very helpful. I also used the concierge service to have wine delivered to the villa and ...

Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! „Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives! ...

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Komfort und toller Lage

"Sehr gute Lage in Altstadt. Toller Blick über das Tal. Sehr ruhig! Zimmer ausreichend groß, Badezimmer/WC etwas klein. Restaurant im Haus - gut, aber teuer. Aussichtsterrasse mit gutem Getränkeservice. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - leider mit unnötigem Verpackungsmüll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Das Resort hat sicherlich wunderbare Zeiten erlebt, doch leider muss man ehrlich sein, dass der Zahn der Zeit nagt. Bad und Kochnische mit nur Minibar Kühlschrank in unserem Apartment sind sanierungsbedürftig. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert! Größe des Apartments war dem Preis angemessen und bot zudem einen sehr üppigen Balkon mit Poolsicht und Umgebung. Das Sofa war allerdings sehr fleckig. Der Pool war sehr schön, allerdings die Außendusche müsste saniert werden. Liegen mit Polster waren genügend vorhanden. Das Frühstück: Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr bescheiden und zudem meist vergriffen. Spezialitäten der Region gab es leider nicht. Was es gab war lieblos angerichtet. Die Räume sind düster und nicht einladend. Das Billardzimmer regte nicht zum Spielen an. Ein Spielzimmer für Kinder und Spielplatz gab es auch nicht. Hoffe es wird zukünftig in das eigentliche Schmuckstück mehr investiert! "
