Finde Pakuwon Mall Hotels

„Best hotel in Surabaya! I booked the hotel for my mum so that she can have the best time on Christmas Day. The Four Points team really went above and beyond to make her feel special and at home. Thank you so much! “

„I was for a birthday three days in Surabaya and the hotel was great from the bottom to the top. But what i really want to mention is the matress which was the most comfortable in my life. Terimah kasih “

„The rooms are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is good equipped. The bathroom is very nice. The A/C can be more silent, other then that it's a good hotel just next to a big shoping mall.“

„Location is convenient, bathroom n kitchen is a bit old( cause water?),towel like a woodbark(?) room is clean, I no need wait too long to get my room..“

„Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient. ...

„The room not to clean. The property items/utility less and some of them broken. “

„Every thing was bad .“
