Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private five-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. the master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, as well as a designated workspace perfect for traveling students or professionals.

The main level contains the master bedroom, Hibiscus room, and the Surfboard room while the lower level features the Jellyfish room and the Yellow Tang room. A crib, high chair, and safety gates are available upon request for those traveling with small children.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, cozy electric fireplace, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Other amenities include a backyard, hammock, patio area BBQ grill, gated entry, onsite parking, and keyless access.

*Please note that there is a long term tenant staying in the garage guest house, the only shared space is the driveway and there is a private entrance to their unit.
