„Very tranquil location. It was nice to side on the deck and watch the waves.We enjoyed walking on the lavender to watch the sunrise and sunset.No stove but there was a 2 burner hot plate and toaster oven.You need to pay attention to the directions to find the Bali Temple property.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit großem "Sommergarten", aus dem man direkt in einen Regenwald schaut. Zum Vulkan und den Stränden von Hilo ist es nicht allzu weit, aber ein Auto braucht man ohnehin. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr unkompliziert und nett. Thank you Susan and David. We enjoyed our stay very much!“

The house was stocked with everything we could need, from coffee, creamer, and tea to cooking essentials, which made it feel extra welcoming. „The apartment is large and well furnished; it has a great Hawaiian jungle setting, with very large and Ventilated windows to overlook that jungle. The kitchen is superb. The gas fireplace works well and is great at night to just sit in front of. Nice, large bathroom with hot water shower (but please conserve). The king mattress is very comfortable. I only needed two things: a bath mat and a regular coffee or espresso maker (Keurig provided)“

We loved the huge green tree ferns and the flowers surrounding the property, giving it a private fantasy feeling, just like the pictures on the website. We loved the jacuzzi amongst the moss and ferns. We enjoyed the sounds of the many frogs and birds.“

„Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Dies lag vor allem daran, dass man mitten in der Natur ist und es einfach total grün ist. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Terasse ist klasse, dort kann man super essen, während Vögel und Geckos da sind. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass es nachts Geräusche durch Frösche gibt, was wir klasse fanden, aber sehr laut ist und es dahwr ggf Personen geben könnte, die dies stört. Einziger negativer Punkt: es ist nichts fußläufig oder schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wenn ...

„We entered the place with both grandparents and kids, 8 people in total. The 4 nights were absolutely too short to enjoy everything but the time we had was great. The house itself is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The view is amazing! Hilo as city is fantastic and the volcano park is a must to go. We did barbecue and enjoyed the house. Thanks to the parents of Robin for your hospitality and the nice coffee and cookies. Mahalo!“

„We were using this place as a base, from which we explored the eastern half of Big Island. For us as a family of 4, it was a great place, which provided an individual room for both of our kids. We also really enjoyed the provided snorkelling gear and beach equipment. Communication with the hosts was very good. Our only minor point of concern during our stay was that the washing machine had broken down prior to our arrival and wasn't available to us, but we managed without.“
