Two-story 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome near Pagosa Lakes that sleeps up to 6 (king, queen and two twins). Soak in the private hot tub, relax by the fireplace, cook in a full kitchen and work from the upstairs office on Starlink Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer included. Cooling is a small upstairs A/C unit and a downstairs swamp cooler. One pet allowed. Lake access is half a mile away; uptown is about 10 minutes and downtown about 15.

Check-in details are sent after booking and again 48 hours before arrival. A guest booklet in the home covers the house and area, with emergency numbers and contact details. Our team is available by email, call or text.

Surrounded by mighty pine trees, neighbors to the left and to the right and a beautiful scenic lake just across the road, guests will find themselves in the midst of peace and serenity. Located uptown and just 10 minutes off the beaten path guests will find rest and relaxation in this cozy apartment with amenities at their fingertips.


15 minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs and 10 minutes from uptown Pagosa guests will have in the palm of their hand many choices to choose from. With coffee shops aplenty, restaurants to roam, trails to meander, and lakes to explore we are sure you will enjoy your stay in beautiful Colorado.

Guests may access to the lake but will need to purchase a permit for fishing, boating, or paddle boarding. The lakes are full of lake weed, so swimming is not permitted. Permits may be obtained at the Rec Center.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

Guests have full access to the home and the private hot tub. Lake access is half a mile down the road.

Downstairs: two bedrooms across from each other. One has a queen bed, a private bath and double doors to the private hot tub. The other has two twin beds with a full bath down the hall.

Upstairs: a king bed in the loft area with its own full bath, plus an office with desk, monitor, chair and futon.

Living area: a fireplace, large-screen TV, couch, and a bar separating the living area from a fully stocked kitchen. A large dining table seats the group for dinner or game night. A washer and dryer are available for guests.

Comfort notes: the king and queen mattresses are on the firm side, and some finishes are a little dated, though the bathrooms have been updated.

The townhome is next to similar townhomes with quiet neighbors, and the lake is just across the road.

Weather and altitude: we are a small mountain town at altitude, so pack a jacket and sunscreen, drink plenty of water and take it easy on your first day.

Winter: Pagosa gets some of the most snow in Colorado. Plan to drive, park and walk in snow, and use a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. If you are not used to snow driving, go slowly.

Wi-Fi: the home has Starlink Wi-Fi for remote work and streaming.

Pets: one pet maximum, one-time $40 pet fee. Pets cannot be left alone in the home. Please bring a kennel and keep pets quiet; repeated neighbor noise complaints may end the stay without a refund.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, which helps with our cleaning schedule. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability.

Parking: trailers are not permitted anywhere in the condo association, and parking on the grass is not allowed. Please park in designated spaces only; vehicles elsewhere may be towed at the owner’s expense.
