„Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our ...

„Beautiful home and location. We will be back!“

„Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. “

„We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. “

„Nice, clean cabin will all of the essentials. Sitting on the river makes for a great location and easy access to the hot springs a short walk away. “

„We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was very convenient and close to everything you need in town. We even got to see several large bucks grazing in the yard one morning. We love visiting Pagosa on our family vacations and would stay again if available next time we are in area.“

„We used the house as a jumping off point to go to wolf creek. It was perfect for us. The amenities in the house were great for our group of 10. We had all the beds, dishes and restrooms that we needed. “

„Die Condo ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand und hat viel Platz. Sie befindet sich zentral und man kann viel fussläufig erledigen“

Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room.
