Bring all your food in so you don’t have to drive back out. If you are looking for a place as a home base for Carmel and the vicinity, it is a long winding drive. “

„Great stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (me, hubby, adult daughter and a friend of hers) to hang out for the week of Thanksgiving. Fully equipped kitchen - and washer/dryer in the garage. Quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood - grocery store less than a mile away. Beautiful beach less than two miles away! Fifteen minute drive to Monterey and Carmel - but we knew that. Overall: recommend!“

„Owner was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check in which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward. House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. Great location to enjoy the full range of the monterey Bay Area as well as local shops, although the house is well stocked with amenities “

„Very comfortable beachy house which was suitable for toddlers. The location was convenient and there is a pocket park with a playground like a block away. We had a great stay. “

„We didn't use hot tub - it's too far under tree to feel comfortable in it. We had to purchase our own hand soap and paper towels. We could not get the heating system to turnoff - too warm in house. Try communicating with owner he said no AC. All the baking pans did not fit the oven. Nice house hopefully gets more organized.“

„We spent two nights here with our children, ages 5 and 2.5, and it was the ideal vacation home for our family. Our host was warm, accommodating, and quick to reply to any questions. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully suited for kids. Everything we needed was provided, including a wonderful selection of toys and books in the kids’ room. We would absolutely love to return for another stay in the future.“

„This is a very cute house with lots of space for sleeping and playing in the big yard. It is located in a small cul-de-sac near a park with playgrounds, so it’s a great place to stay with kids! The host is also very helpful and communicative, proactively checking in and even providing recommendations when I asked about good local beaches for kids. Definitely recommend staying at this property!“
