„We came to Pacific Grove for a family vacation: two adults and one child. Our stay was so wonderful. Communication with Sanctuary Vacation was thorough and very positive. The house is very clean and cozy. It is in a wonderful location, walking distance to: restaurants, coffee shop, Lovers Point. We also took our bikes to Monterey Aquarium and it was a really easy ride. We have a large pickup truck and it fit just fine in the carport.If we can, we will be back again. Truly great.“

„Saltbox was welcoming, very clean, and tho we needed to call the maintenance number to make the heat work,he was very responsive As older women the stairs to the upper bedrooms were intimidating, and there was a great handrail. Beds very comfy. We recommend a little coffee table in the living room“

„Loved the property. It was magical. The location is everything. The process of getting access to the property could have been communicated better. This doesn’t reflect on the property. The views and location couldn’t have been better. Right across were new baby seal pups and their moms. Such a “Bucket List” moment!“

„We stayed here in April of 2026. Property was conveniently located central to Monterey attractions, like the beaches, aquarium, and local restaurants. The home was roomy with adequate accommodations for our stay. Our only constructive criticism would be the upstairs windows had detachable screens, which we felt a little unsafe for young children.
