The home features new beds and mostly new furnishings as of 2025, along with generously sized bedrooms that make it easy to spread out and truly relax.

Beach access is a short, easy stroll to a quieter stretch of shoreline, perfect for long walks, beachcombing, and peaceful ocean views. You're also less than a mile from the iconic Cape Kiwanda, the beloved Pelican Pub & Brewery, plus local coffee shops, restaurants, and all the charm of Pacific City.

Downstairs entry level has 3 bedrooms: one with queen bed, one with queen bed, one with double/twin bunk. Full hall bath with laundry. Upstairs has spacious open living room, dining area and kitchen. Back and front decks. Primary bedroom with king bed shares hall access with full large bathroom.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
