Kick back on the large deck with picnic tables, perfect for sunny lunches or evening hangouts. Inside, you'll find an open great room and kitchen — ideal for gathering with family or friends. The home features new beds and mostly new furnishings (2025), plus roomy bedrooms to stretch out and unwind.

Beach access is a short, easy walk to a quiet stretch of shoreline, and you're less than a mile from Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, coffee shops, and local restaurants.

Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friend along for the fun!

Layout: Downstairs entry level has 3 bedrooms: one with queen bed, one with queen bed, one with double/twin bunk. Full hall bath with laundry. Upstairs has spacious open living room, dining area and kitchen. Back and front decks. Primary bedroom with king bed shares hall access with full large bathroom.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night ). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
