„The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. “

„Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate ...

„Perfect house for our family reunion. Very clean , well stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers! Owner communicated with us regularly and was understanding when one of the children damaged a picture frame. “

„This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing) ...

„The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and ...

„This house is so close to the beach! The house is very big, but really quirky. The downstairs has 2 rooms that each have 2 sets of bunkbeds and a full size bed. Very tight but worked for the kids. Definitely not for adults. Also, the lighting downstairs was horrible, so the kids thought that it was very "creepy." The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved the open concept so that we could all comfortably hang out in the same area of the house. The upstairs bedrooms are huge but there is so much wasted ...

„It is all about the views. Sitting at eye-level with the birds in flight (thinking about the bald eagle pair especially) is amazing. The beach is right there below. It is an incredible balcony to spend a vacation watching from. Thanks!“
