Every city amenity you could possibly need is very easily accessed by car from this apartment. There is also great highway access to reach the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area with ease.

To help you get started, Brobeck’s BBQ is a fantastic family owned BBQ restaurant just 0.2mi, a 4 minute walk, from the apartment.

✿This is an urban apartment, and you might smell smoke from a neighbor while they are on their front porch and you are outside too.
✿The apartment is well insulated, and you will hear little noise from neighbors or the street once the door is closed.
✿Private parking and one reserved covered parking spot is available for you. The reserved spot is directly in front of the apartment. The check in guide has photos to guide you to the front door from the parking area.
