    As we arrived in KC I received a notice that our stay was canceled and that we were getting a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. We had to quickly find a location for 4 grown men to stay for 3 nights. Your "support" program gave us very little options other than a MOTEL 6!! REALLY!!

    An Unforgettable Stay – Luxury, Comfort, and Convenience. We had a great time staying at this beautiful and very clean house. It had everything we needed—great amenities, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole place felt luxurious and relaxing.The location was excellent—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. It was also very easy to find and access.What made it even better was the free car service and the complimentary drinks when we arrived. Such a nice touch!This home is also very family-friendly, with plenty of space and things to do for everyone. The hosts were super helpful and kind.We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

    BEWARE!!!...The host canceled our stay 5 days before we were to arrive and did not refund any of our payment. The hosts were terrible in communication and responses. VRBO support took our complaint, but 10 days later I am still waiting on a response as to the status of the complaint.

    Reservation cancelled last minute by host

    Host cancelled reservation due to "us not following the house rules". Was told I needed to send copies of all guest IDs the night before (to be fair, I did book the day before, however was sent how to get into the house, with code, 8 hours before asking for IDs). I responded to the message the next day as we were flying saying I would send when we arrived. Host cancelled anyway, and took my money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL

    Beware

    We were given a non-functioning door code for this property. We tried for several hours to contact the host or someone from VRBO with no answer. When we didn’t hear from anyone we had to make arrangements to stay at a hotel in the local area instead. The host sent a message later that night saying “Sorry for the trouble” but they are now telling VRBO that we “accessed the property” because a yard gate was open and they are refusing to process a refund. We have used VRBO for many years and this is our first time being burned. I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the property since we were never able to enter the house.

    The neighborhood is amazing. The house is beautiful and big. We really had a great time. A few minor issues. The keypad to get into the house never worked for us.     Awesome great beautiful house, enjoyed!

    Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). Property manager sent additional extra towels, and cosmetic items without even asking them. Great hospitality, and caring. Thank you for picking and dropping us from the airport as complementary service. WE loved the bed and they are very comfortable. We felt like we stayed at our own property. Everything is provided and in the house, a perfect stay. They went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with great accommodation. We all love the living area and Sunrooms. The deck is another added feature for our parties. The only drawback is that we don't know how to operate the thermostat, we realized that the instruction was already sent to us by email. We missed it. Please add a print next to the thermostat. Sorry we are not a familiar with those modern thermostats. But kept us warm. We will stay again.

    Everything was wonderful with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware, dish, bowls, glass, cups, various wines glasses and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the sites from Overland Park to a stadium this place was right in the place. Even though the weather was not the best, we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking at the plaza in the evening. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. I also loved the fact that your organization checked in with us to make sure we were Okay and if we needed anything. Thanks for the umbrellas and wine bottles. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone. This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings is pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! It looks like stepping into a model home! We hardly wanted to leave during our short stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. The host allowed us to stay little extra time no fee. Thank you. Please place checkout instructions, was missing. Love love love the hot tub, don’t ask more:)! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back! We were initially worried about other review but we realized the host and house and amenities are better than we seen anywhere. Thank you for extra towels, and new shampoo and other items.

    Fabulous stay! Great host and amenities 5*

    We visited our mother and stayed here. Amazing property and the host was very accommodating. The hot tub was an added feature we liked it. Please next time let us know the thermostat operation, we were new to the modern technologies. Kitchen appliances and all the extra items in the kitchen were new to us. They are well organized. Plenty of towels, hygiene products, linens and other items. The steam room was amazing and we could use it in the evening. Thank you for allowing us to checking in earlier and checkout later. Clean place, and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay and the host arranged a little happy hour for us. Thank you for giving us the health club pass. 5 star stay and we stay again. Worth for the price. Better than other stay we stayed in nearby places during our last visit.

    Bad Experience

    BEWARE!!! 10 minutes before check in time we were told not to go into the property that there was an animal issue with the home. We had traveled 5 hours and we were sitting in the homes driveway. We were called and told the home was not available and offered another home that was not suitable. We had to find another property on another booking site at 5:00 that night. We were told by the owner that we would get a full refund after many apologies and promises of a free stay we have still not received our refund. I will update and apologise if we do receive our refund but my advice is BEWARE!!!

    Clean comfortable stay.

    This is our second time. Our family love this house and location. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms and nicer amenities. We had few extra cars and this house worked perfectly. Kids liked the sunroom looks like brand new house, it looks like they recently upgraded to upper grade. We had some difficulties to open the electronic lock but the host immediately responded helped us to open it. Please keep some more instruction to operate the TV using internet. My daughter helped me to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi, but we enjoyed the big screen TVs in all rooms. Over all pleasant stay. This house had everything what we needed. The host or the manager was very flexible to accommodate our additional guests and allowed us to stay until 2 pm. We enjoyed the steam bath. Again some instruction needed to operate the steam room. Overall a five star stay for the lowest price we can find for this big house. Thank you for the laundry soap and extra bedsheets and pillows. Highly recommended! We will stay again.

    The best stay even

    We were there to visit family. The host was very attentive and provided many things for our infant visitor. The deck is very large and we enjoyed the ambiance of the backyard whistling on the deck. The rooms were clean and seem newly renovated. We had some trouble controlling the cold air condition thermostat. But the host sent us instruction to do remotely. Rooms are expansive and clean. Extra hygiene items in the bathrooms are new and have not seen in many places. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the morning Keurig coffee. We are not sure about the herbal tea brand but they were refreshing. Thank you for all additional personal items, extra clean towels and essentials. Please add more paper towels in the bathrooms. The circle drive helped our Uber trip to come and pick up our mother and drop her closer to the door. Thank you for your hospitality and the free cookies and complementary drinks. The airport transport was an added service. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again.

    The best in the Overland Park Amazing property and Amenities! We loved it! Stay Again!

    Amazing! We stayed with many BnBs with 10s of reviews, but many of them did not meet our expectations. We chose this because it is very close to many highways and the center of Overland Park. This property is very clean and spacious. My husband and I like the master bedroom, more room for our parties. All the beds are super comfortable, clean and have plenty of hygiene products. They provided more than what we needed, clean towels, and branded soap/shampoo (we recommend one time use shampoo, instead of bigger sizes). The host provided complimentary airport transport for us.The backyard and the two decks were added features for our parties. We cooked our dinner , spacious kitchen, all ports were clean and everything was provided for us there and made available for us in the kitchen. Lots of utensils, plates, and glasses (please add more plastic cups/items for kids,)We have a few friends who came from out of town , they loved sitting on the front porch, and their kids were playing in the backyard. We loved the new bathroom and their design, very clean. Most of the rooms are very bright, but we dimmed the lights. (warm lights suggested, but we enjoyed it) . We have a small issue with starting the grill, but it seems the battery in the starter was old, the host immediately sent us a few new batteries and replaced them, along with complementary cookies. We heard of many Premier hosts or super hosts, but this host, property , and amenities are simply amazing, clean, spacious.
