Indulge your culinary passions in our community kitchenette, featuring a full size refrigerator stocked with water and ice, a microwave, toaster oven, waffle iron, Keurig coffee maker, propane grill and a large table with seating. Make your favorite meals right on site or visit some of the many first-rate restaurants nearby. You can also enjoy some of the wine and/or beer trails nearby.

You can also enjoy a cozy campfire to warm your evenings; or make your trip an experiential time and help with planting, harvesting and farming; truly sustainable travel, eco glamping experience.

Enjoy a hot shower with a working sink and a private toilet/port a jon with disposable seat covers.

And if you have a little leaguer at one of the baseball camps, not only are we only 8 minutes away from Cooperstown Allstar village and just 30 minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams Park but we are also 30 minutes away from the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame (Induction day 7/27). We are also less than one hour from Glimmerglass State Park where you can enjoy all the events of their summer festival.

We have a variety of activities for the whole family and a playground for adults such as hiking trails, horse shoes, corn hole, or pick a spot and practice your golf game. If you enjoy biking, there are many trails nearby for both mountain and road biking, so bring that bike.

We have a free parking lot at our resort entrance . The sites are close by but nestled within the forest of our land. If you need help bringing your things to the site, we have ATV's to help you.

The entirety of the property is available for you to explore and discover. Our many apple trees, our vineyards, the sweet babbling brook outlined by gorgeous blue Forget me nots, the rock outcroppings and many different varieties of plants and animals.

We ask that you don't walk in the areas that we have crops planted but the rest is yours to indulge in.

During your stay with us, we will either be working on the farm or only a phone call away for anything you may need.
