âThe house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door. The view from the front porch was gorgeous. Itâs so far away from other houses that we didnât hear a sound. Definitely plan to return again hopefully in the spring! â

âThe home was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your stay. â

âWe had the best weekend, a last hurrah of summer sort of thing, planned last minute. Roberta answered all questions right away and was super nice. The property is right on the lake and there are provided water toys like kayaks and SUP and floats. Cooperstown is about a 10 minute drive away so itâs the best of both worldsâ

âWe always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!â
