„What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!“

„We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. „The house was great for our needs. We were in the area to see 2 of our kids play baseball at Doubleday Field. The house was great for us and our daughter (and one of our son's on the last day.) We were able to enjoy the lake as well as take the quick drive to Cooperstown. The owners were great to deal with, and Harold even installed the dock while we were spending the day in Cooperstown. „Just far enough out of town. Within half hour of major breweries and larger towns. Quiet neighborhood. On dirt road. Travel would be tough in winter months. Other than windy hills and many narrow roads from where i was coming from. 90% of the travel was rt90.“

„We had the best time! The house was clean with comfy beds, it had all the basic supplies we needed, and had a few fun games to play and interesting books to read during the evenings. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring/walking on the property. The house was close to the bookstores in Hobart as well as delicious local restaurants. The Rich Farm farmhouse was a great place to stay. 😊“
