===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
After crossing the short country road, lined with dry stone walls and olive trees, you will find yourself in front of the electric gate. You can park your car in the large dirt area or in the portal at the front access to conveniently store your suitcases.

The characteristic lime white of the external walls contrasts with the green garden with lawn and olive trees making the atmosphere suggestive and magical especially at sunset.

The Masseria for rent will amaze you with the design and the quality materials chosen, such as the external paving in local stone, the internal paving in microcement, the fixtures with suppression of external noise and well insulated, with mosquito nets and the designer furnishings between contemporaneity and rural architecture carried out by local workers.

The monumental entrance will take you into the living area, consisting of the large living room with relaxation corner, TV room and decorative fireplace. A little further on you will find the large dining room with the stainless steel island kitchen complete with hob with five gas burners, extractor hood, oven, sink, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, the microwave, the blender, the crockery and cutlery, the dining table which can accommodate up to 12 diners and a small closet. From the kitchen you can access the garden and the outdoor breakfast area.

The sleeping area is divided between the historic part of the farm (4 bedrooms) and the subsequent extension (5 bedrooms).

The bedrooms are all designed with a French en-suite bathroom, where the toilet and bidet are in a separate room from the shower and sink (with acceptance of the room with two single beds suitable for children who use the bathroom shared with the living area ).
From the main entrance you will find the first bedroom with two single beds in the corridor on the right, and going up the stairs to the first floor you will find 3 more double bedrooms, two of which have access to the small terrace with sea and garden views.
The second sleeping area is preceded by a living room with sofas and a glass pergola shaded by wonderful white drapes, from here you have access to two double bedrooms with characteristic exposed dry stone walls, as well as the further 3 double bedrooms which also have access from the outside.

You will be able to access the garden and the pool area, both from the kitchen and the living room. Located below a large veranda, covered with the characteristic reeds, you will find the dining table and the various relaxation corners furnished with comfortable seats and sofas, like the orangery with umbrellas.

The swimming pool with beach and skimmer, for the exclusive use of guests, measures 20m x 10m with a depth of 2.30 to 1.50 m and access via Roman steps.
Located on the sides of the pool, resting on the flooring with typical local stones, there are 10 sun loungers. A short distance from the swimming pool you will find the external bathrooms with showers.

To frame this small courtyard there are several olive trees and succulent plants characteristic of Puglia, as well as numerous armchairs.
Upon request, for events and ceremonies, at an additional cost, the outside can be set up with imperial tables with chefs at home or/and for birthdays and small weddings.
