O` Trullo Mio by Perle di Puglia

O Trullo Mio is a scenic vacation villa with pool and trulli in Ostuni, in the heart of the Valle d`Itria. The exclusive dwelling surrounded by dry stone walls is immersed in a large and well-kept garden with internal parking.
The villa with trulli is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, barbecue, internet wi-fi full coverage, kitchen with electric oven, microwave and kettle, toaster, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower with hot water, hair dryer, smart TV, Sonos radio, Dyson vacuum cleaner.
Conceived and designed by the owners to enhance the charm of typical Apulian stone dwellings, O Trullo Mio offers up to 6 beds.

The outdoor spaces of O` Trullo Mio feature several well-equipped and shaded areas to ensure outdoor relaxation. Prominent among them is the convenient outdoor bar area with fridge, pantry and barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking and preparing tasty cocktails to be enjoyed poolside.
The swimming pool (10x3.5 meters) has a beach area for sunbathing lying in the water, as well as on the comfortable sunbeds with 20-cm mattresses that furnish the solarium along with large umbrellas.
The interiors of O` Trullo Mio are distributed in two independent units.
The main dwelling consists of a dining room with well-equipped kitchenette, 1 main double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with pull-out bed, large bathroom separated into two compartments, one with anti-shower and shower compartment and the other with sanitary ware.
The annex is located in the trullo, separate and independent, in which there is a double bedroom, with bathroom.

O` Trullo Mio is an exclusive villa with pool and trulli located in the countryside of Ostuni, south of the beautiful White City that dominates the Valle d`Itria from the top of its hill. From the villa you can reach the town in a few minutes by car.
Also very close are other ancient villages worth visiting, such as Martina Franca and Cisternino.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The dependance is located in the trullo, separate and independent, where there is a double bedroom.
- The Trullo has no windows.
