Villa Pietralunga is a beautiful and modern vacation villa with swimming pool and trullo, large garden with manicured olive trees and lawn, nestled in the countryside of Ostuni, in the green heart of the Valle d`Itria, for vacation rental in Puglia up to 8 beds.
The residence with clean and elegant lines is a contemporary structure in
the green of the large garden, in perfect combination with the typical
rural architecture of Puglia represented by the annex in the ancienttrullo.
There are all modern amenities such as a swimming pool, which can also be heated (see notes), air conditioning, underfloor heating, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, brick barbecue , electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, smart TV and mosquito nets.
For
younger guests, Villa Pietralunga provides free high chair and bed
rail, cutlery and plastic cups for children upon request. In addition,
the pool area is equipped with an alarm device for safety.

Villa Pietralunga is a newly built property that stands next to a completely renovated ancient trullo. Altogether, the two units offer 4 bedrooms and 3 full shower rooms.
The comfortable patio,
equipped with masonry table and barbecue, allows you to experience the
outdoor spaces in full relaxation, with all the comforts of a modern
luxury property. From this oasis of quiet overlooking the exclusive pool
surrounded by solarium area and outdoor lounge.
The interiors of Villa Pietralunga are sober and refined, furnished in a modern style.
The first unit, which consists of the main structure, has an entrance to a bright living room furnished
with a sitting area, fireplace and TV corner, with large windows,
curtains and materials such as wood and stone in relaxing tones. Next to
the living room, beyond a small arch, the eat-in kitchen is complete
with all accessories and equipped with a beautiful table with marble
top.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Completing the first unit are also two shower rooms, one of which is in the master bedroom and the other shared between the other two rooms.
The second unit is the annex in the beautiful trullo located near the pool, furnished with a double sofa bed and
equipped with a full shower room. Next to the trullo, a lovely circular
threshing floor with big pillows allows you to spend pleasant evenings
in the cool, under the stars of the Apulian sky.
 
The villa is located in a residential area where there are other villas, and is equipped with an alarm system and video surveillance.

Villa Pietralunga is located in Ostuni,
in the locality of Chiobbica, in the lush countryside of the Valle
d`Itria, one of the most scenic and evocative areas of Puglia, with
authentic nature and the typical landscape characterized by the
world-famous trulli cones.
The residence allows you to reach in a
few minutes by car both the golden and sandy Adriatic beaches, such as
Torre Guaceto with its nature reserve, and the most beautiful historic
centers of the area, such as Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
Ostuni,
known as the White City for its ancient village situated on top of a
small hill, is just a 10-minute drive from the vacation villa. In
addition to the many tourist attractions, all the main services are also
located there


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Pool heating on request and by fee.
- Interior kitchen table for 6 people.
- Video surveillance that can be deactivated without an alarm.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
