„Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!“

The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund.
