„Had stayed here before but this time my room still had used towels. After going to dinner and finishing unpacking realized that I don’t think the room was cleaned as good as I originally thought. I told the front desk before dinner and they just removed the towels. Not sure I will stay here again“

„We arrived and were very happy with our check in and cleanliness. We changed into our swimsuits to get into the hot tub, only to find out once we got to the pool area that the hot tub was drained. We swam for awhile. The edges of the pool above the water line had so much residue that people had been “carving” their names and initials in it. We went back to our room and ordered pizza. The box sat on the night stand while we slept. We woke up, went to the breakfast, which was perfectly fine, ...
