„We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end. ...

„The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. „The location was walking distance to campus and the restaurants on Cumberland Avenue. We were there for a campus tour and it was a great way to get a feel for the off-campus housing experience. The apartment was perfect! Great use of space. It had EVERYTHING that we needed.“

„Was in town to tour the University of Tennessee with our daughter. This was a perfect spot to spend our few days in Knoxville. Easy on and off the interstate. Felt safe the entire time. We had to pay to park in the lot next to the building, but it was super easy and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Maybe if our daughter ends up at UTK, we'll be back soon!“

„How is it? Well it’s much as you might imagine from the pictures. They really outline the feel well. Lovely light. Clean. Everything works. It’s very pro. Not full of eccentric charm but feels almost like a hotel in some regards. I will say that it’s loud. It’s right by the freeway so be prepared for that. I am super sensitive to sound and it was hard to sleep the first night but I got used to it and honestly I slept well the rest of the time. The location is wonderful and that’s a huge deal. ...

„Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. “
