„The property was beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. No issue whatsoever with house or amenities. Only thing was finding the pool which happened to be right around the block, but no signage to tell you how to get there. Everything was great otherwise “

„Lovely time had by all. Very clean and up to date. Balconies in each bedroom were a hit. With 4 people there was plenty of hot water for the showers. The washer and dryer were very handy with swimsuits and towels. Only thing we could of used was a hose outside to rinse our feet before heading into the house.“

„My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner.“

„House was big, beautiful and great location with a beautiful deck off the master bedroom and nice fenced in yard. However, we left a day early due to bugs. Ants on the kitchen counter and in the sitting room, spiders both alive and some that had been there for a bit with their webs on every floor of the house and in the corn hole game in the bottom floor and even in the master bedroom shower. They were very responsive and came out same day to spray. Next morning there was a black spider that ...

„The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. “

„We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles! “

„I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall.“
