„Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room.
