„My stay at this hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. I was charged an additional fee for parking, yet there were no available spaces in either parking lot. The room itself was unacceptable. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there was no hot water, and, most concerning, the doors would not lock properly, creating a serious safety issue.“
