„I checked in on a Saturday at 3:00 pm. The housekeeping staff was just finishing up. I think the staff did all they could to make things right and the room was fine. Over the next 11 hours, people checked into their rooms in very noisy fashion waking me repeatedly until the last guest screaming outside my door at 2:00 am. This was not the hotel's fault but was the last straw for me. I checked out and hit Rt-95 at 2:20 am.“

„Digital key didn't work either upon entry (so couldn't go straight to my room) or after they said they fixed it. Didn't clean room after night #1 -- policy is apparently to clean only every other night. That is fine as a policy but should make that clear up front since it is not the norm.“
