Stayed three nights and there were a few bumps along the way.
First, not sure if it was the hotel or Expedia but the email for check-in instructions was never received. I did figure out that there is an app for check-in, which was important as I was arriving close to reception closing time. Easy app to use, and they release your door code to you at 3PM so you have it available when you get there. The app however says check-in, skip reception and go straight to your room. Do not skip reception! Went out for a bit after dropping off bags and got back to the room and they had wiped out the check-in. Called the emergency number and they completed the check-in steps that reception would have done. Nothing more frustrating than to realize you can’t get in your room where all of your belongings are!
Second, I arrived just before 10PM and there was a sign in reception that said it was open until 11. Well there was no one there so wouldn’t have been able to complete those steps.
Third, as recent reviews have said - the room needs a deep clean. Just had an overall feeling of ‘not clean’.
Fourth - yes the bathrooms are tiny! But that at least was known.
