At first it wasn't bad, when we got there it was difficult to find out if they received our bags, they were sure they didn't know what we were talking about, until I showed them pics of our bags, and then they said they had put them in our room already. That was a nice moment. Two of the staff members were great, the girl and the man with the US accent. Everyone else I won't speak on.
The room was lovely except they said they had this eco cleaning thing, which meant we never had our room cleaned except for the day before last. But even then they left the bins unchanged. The pillows had feathers in, I was allergic to them, then one guy I told proceeded to tell me there weren't any, of course I took picture proof that there were. He decided to give us towels to put in pillow cases as replacements... Anyway, the other man found pillows for us eventually but not before housekeeping put more of the allergen pillows on the bed, my face was swollen for 4 days... Also the breakfast was DIABOLICAL! After day one I decided not to eat it and went to Lawsons everyday, which increased our costs. Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to gety breakfast refunded, the hotel just ignored them, ha ha, you can't make this stuff up. I will say the room looked nice and was spacious and had charging ports in good places. None of that was enough to save the bad experience overall. There's more but I'd be here all day.
