The Space:
You step into a space where playful details set the tone for relaxed mornings and easy evenings after full days out. Sunlight fills the living areas, the house is quiet and private, and there’s room for everyone to unwind at their own pace. Whether you’re easing into the day with coffee indoors or winding down after the parks, the home is designed to feel comfortable and effortless throughout your stay.
The space
This entire townhouse offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across two levels, giving your group space to spread out while still gathering together. The main living area is open and inviting, with comfortable seating and a TV that’s ready for movie nights or downtime between outings. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out for groups and families:
Downstairs bedrooms include one room with one double bed and one single bed, and another with two double beds.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, and a second en-suite bedroom with two double beds.Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a full set of appliances and ample counter space. A dining table offers room to gather for meals, games, or planning the day ahead. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are available in the home.
Outdoor space
Step outside to enjoy the pool and outdoor furniture, offering a private-feeling setting for quiet afternoons or evening relaxation. Pool heat is available for an additional charge. The outdoor area connects seamlessly with the indoor living spaces, making it easy to move between the two.
Resort access
During your stay, you’ll have access to the nearby resort facilities at ChampionsGate. Guests can enjoy the resort-style pool, lazy river, water slide, fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and golf facilities, including the clubhouse and pro shop.

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, self check-in with a smart lock, a private entrance, free street parking, and family-friendly touches like a high chair and children’s dinnerware. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are also provided.

The townhouse is conveniently located in Davenport, with easy access to major attractions, dining options, and everything ChampionsGate has to offer, making it a practical base for your entire stay.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
