For long stays of 28 days or more, a 1,500 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.
