The house is enclosed in Solana Resort which is a gated community with a 24 hour guard. This resort has many amenities including clubhouse, fitness room, pool tables, store, arcade, ice cream, mini-golf, large in-ground spa, kids rock climbing wall, playground, BBQ areas, and sand volleyball. I know, it's literally unparallel! THE NEWLY REMODELED HOME ALSO HAS a complete brand new furniture, private pool, in-ground spa, patio area, loungers, game room, tv's in every room, master bathroom, brand new laundry machine & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and brand new furniture with fresh beach décor unifying the beautiful space. Take a walk outside in our beautiful gated community and say hello to friendly faces as you make your way down to play a little mini golf with the kids, or enjoy their spacious pool and spa, play some beach volleyball, or relax as you watch the kids play at the playground. At the clubhouse, you can also get your workout in, grab a snack, or hang out with a drink at the Tiki Bar (open seasonally).

We bought this home to use as a vacation home ourselves to escape the chill of Chicago from time to time. We carefully furnished it with brand new furniture, carpets, and a fresh beach decor so it would feel like paradise.
