„This was a perfect house for our family to gather during Spring Break. It was perfectly situated so we could walk to town easily but still have a sense of being in the country. The house was very well maintained and we had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect relaxing getaway. We all agreed that we would recommend this house to anyone who is thinking of an Orcas Island adventure.“

„I would go here again, and recommend it to anyone. Right in the heart of Eastsound with a water view, as well as a view of the town. There are many shops and restaurants right out the door. Barnes is restful and calm. Very nice decor, and heated bathroom floor!“

„We had a wonderful stay in the Captain's Suite! What a special little spot. The hosts have included everything needed for a lovely get away, I wish we'd stayed more than one night. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the lovely patio with beautiful views of the water. Do not miss out on the bakery across the street - it is outstanding. The description does not mention that the bathroom does have a larger than normal tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventures. “

Didn't like the driveway area Need to create a little more space on the other side of road and some tall yellow poles in front of electrical boxes Need to add hand rail on side of steps. I am surprised inspector allowed that to pass.“
