Romar House 604B is a generously sized 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 6th floor, offering spectacular views of the Gulf. This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a blend of comfort and style with its prime location and impressive amenities.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring ample seating and stunning Gulf views. It opens to a balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery and fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including modern appliances, an under-counter ice machine, and a great bar area. The dining space offers seating for all guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together before heading back to the beach.

The large primary bedroom is a highlight, featuring a king bed, breathtaking views, and direct access to the balcony. The private bathroom is a retreat with its thoughtful design and amenities.

The secondary guest bedrooms include a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination, providing convenience for all guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

For added convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Romar House is renowned for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance, ensuring a welcoming environment. The property features a range of amenities such as outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered parking area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Any additional parking must be arranged off-site.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
